VE/LA &co began in 2020, with a sixteen year old boy, a notebook and a city on pause. In March 2021, in the corner of an art store in Bangkok, the first VE/LA espresso bar poured its first cup.
Five years on, we are a small house of names. VE/LA pours specialty coffee and matcha in twelve bars across Bangkok, London and Singapore. haus VE/LA is our flagship and our home. VE/LA at Home and VE/LA for Business carry the cup into pantries & events, and the VE/LA app keeps it close. Hanger is the steak bar we always wanted to eat at, and the VE/LA table and hausparty are the early mornings and evenings that stretch into the night we host for friends.
We design our own rooms, write our own menus and build our own tools. Every drink has a gradient, taken from the hour of the day it tastes like. Nothing leaves us until it has been finished with genuine love & care.
